school blows.
Alright so this morning the conditions were pretty fucking icey out. So I check the district TV channel and it says nothing about a 2 hour delay.
I get out there at 6:40 and on my way out to the bus stop I slip and bust my knee on some ice. Fuckin great. Then I go and wait about 20 minutes in the freezing rain. I got fed up and came back in, checked the school channel again.. no notice.
So I go back out for another 5 minutes. It's raining harder by this time. I say fuck it, and come in. Then I check the news channel and I have to wait forever for the county/school district to come up in the delay notices.
Gee, guess what, we do have a 2 hour delay after all.
