Hoosiers

Today, again, was mildly productive. In addition to updating my LJ, I uploaded a bunch of photos from my camera, re-filed some of my photos, did the loan counseling entrance exam thingy, put birthdays in my planner, and well, I think that's it. So nothing crazy awesome, or important, besides my loan quiz.

My parents and I went to Dave's All-American Pizza & Eatery, which I always forget has interesting decor. We were seated in the IU/PU room, at an IU table :) I had prime rib, which I have not had in a long time, and it was pretty good. Afterwards, we went to my old high school to watch a boy's basketball game. They are undefeated this year so far I guess, and one guy is headed to Purdue. It was kind of fun to watch the high school kids. I now feel so far from that time in my life, having watched them. They are so full of excitement and have this like aura of hope or something. Though other aspects of high school were not so great, it seems like it would be fun to return to for a day, anyways. Danville won, 65-37. One of my friend's cousins plays for the team this year, though I don't think he was on the court tonight. But he is a junior, so I bet next year he will play more. One guy from my grade is an assistant coach, and I didn't recognize him at first. He looks more adult-ish now, lol. I wonder how I look now to people who haven't seen me in a long time. Looking at my blue-striped Adidas shoes, I feel like I'm still a kid somehow. I saw an older woman wearing AE jeans, and I thought to myself, "At what age will kids think I am too old to be shopping at American Eagle?" I forget that I'm an "adult" sometimes. On a side note, some women and girls in Danville still over-tan.
