Well, the doctor said I'm not dying, but I think he's a goddamn liar.
It seems I have gastritis, which is code for THIS FUCKING HURTS MAKE IT STOP OMG I WANT TO DIE. I'm in more pain today than I have been all freaking week.
Labor was not this painful. Having my guts scraped out by a 4 year old with a rusty old-school Tonka truck would not be this painful.
The doctor gave me some Nexium and told me that when that's gone, to buy the Prilosec OTC. He said it's basically the same stuff and cheaper than the prescription Nexium. I'm also on a special diet. Basically, I'm going to be a vegetarian for a month or so. For the rest of this weekend, all I can eat are crackers, pretzels, bananas, clear juices, stuff like that. Then I can slowly introduce vegetables and then fruits, but I can't have any meat or dairy for a month. Gah. No meat. :o/
