Ah ha ha ha ha...no. But uh, he's free for use if you want him. I made him for my profile page, but thought I'd rather have Blaise maybe...even if I am kind of fond of Bill. But uh, yeah. I left the document blank so like I said, feel free to use him. :)

BTW, It's an odd PNG. I forgot to color his quill, so whatever BG you put him on, his quill will change that color. u___u

Well, back to work...er, school stuff.
