Senior Year, College, and July Countdowns
Time flies so fast. June 4 feels like yesterday.
So far, I'm enjoying my senior year... including Physics and English, excluding Math and Calculus. Don't get me wrong, I find the discussions easy to moderate but I don't like time pressure. I was only able to finish half of yesterday's Calculus quiz. [Note to self, using the plotting-of-points method in graphing isn't a good decision.] Tsk. Tsk. Tsk. I fail that quiz for sure.
... For English, we're discussing Greek mythology, one of my favorite things to talk about. Mrs. Ang-angco, my English teacher, asked me to tell the angst-y love story of Apollo and Hyacinthus. Now, my classmates think that I am Apollo reincarnated or was Apollo in my previous life and I do not know why.
About college, I've completed my UPCAT requirements, now I'm completing my ACET requirements. I've submitted my recommendation forms for both the entrance test and the scholarship.
This weekend, I shall begin my essay (for the ACET). Hm, the essay question is "Are there any significant experiences you have had, or accomplishments you have realized, that have helped to define you as a person?" and the only thing I can think of is my coming out to my mother. [Btw, my first coming out anniversary is on the 11th!] Is that a good idea? Please advise me on this.
