Apple Inc.
So you know how I predicted after Apple announced that they would be going to the Intel chipset that eventually they would phase out their computer line? Well, is Jobs' big speech yesterday he announced that the company would be officially changing it's name from Apple Computers Inc. to just Apple Inc. to reflect their shift into the personal electronics market. Also, there was no mention of anything involving computers, it was pretty much all about their new iPhone. It is very warming to think that Macs will eventually be gone. Now to somehow work on getting rid of the iPod.... That's going to take some doing....
