It is being reported that officers in Sikeston, MO have begun a mass roundup and are going door-to-door. They are seizing any dog that they deem a pitbull, and it is believed these dogs are going to be slaughtered. St. Louis shelters have been taking in what dogs they can, as have other rescues in the surrounding areas. If you are a Missouri native, please consider taking advantage of this action alert.
