Sprained muscle....that means i pulled my back
ok im not suppossed to be sitting up or moving aaround like this becuase i hurt my back at football practice this morning andi got stung by a fuckin bee on top of that and i have a headache so im going to lay on the couch again. i hope i can practice soon
