Periodicity of life

I'm back. Have not been blogging consistently.

Yesterday's English lesson was entertaining. My group's presentation turned out quite well, considering the fact that Winifred had to present such an exaggerated speech about Spain's win in the World Cup. I didn't follow the World Cup this year and I wrote it with a very shallow knowledge of the topic, so our speech lost out to other similar ones in terms of content & persuasion... I think.

The other groups crafted speeches with very creative themes. There was a wedding speech, a eulogy with a ridiculous background story, yet another eulogy honouring the life of Justin Bieber (LOL) and a speech about a crisis in the Krusty Krab. Mdm Yanti really knows how to keep an English lesson beating.

There was this English mock exam after school which held everyone back for nearly 2 hours. After the exam, I accompanied Hui Jie, Yu Yun & Yi Ting to Tampines Mart for dinner. I only had green bean soup, though, while the rest made trifling attempts to entice me with their plates of chicken spaghetti. Why did their attempts end up in futility? Because there was a whole lump of cheese on the pasta. Which nearly made me spew. The food which I detest saved my appetite again. :)

Went for night study after that, and the session was hilarious. I've never laughed so hard since God knows how long. Actually, I kinda started the laughing streak with my antics. One thing led to another and everyone started laughing insanely and all. A perfect example of the Domino effect.

This afternoon, I went to Tampines Library on an unsuccessful mission to clear my Math homework. I went home not long after to get some rest, and then I headed out again, this time to the Post Office Building at Paya Lebar. Had some kind of fellowship session with the leaders at The Coffee Bean, which was kinda boring. Didn't really see the point of meeting up.

I finally passed Cliff his present, and he gave me something too. Basically, it's a small keychain of Mukuro. Really cute. ;) I then loitered around with Hui Jie & Yu Yun while the rest had their session. Theirs seemed like a productive one... -_- Anyway, we went to McDonald's to grab a bite and stuff.

Today was boring, actually. Man, I've got a lot of work to do tomorrow. But I'll never end up completing them.

I feel unimportant. Why, again? I thought I got over it. I'm not gonna like write quotes like "putting up a fake smile when I'm dying inside" or anything along the lines, though. I got really sick of them. I feel that they're really overrated. And they kinda make the feeling of being sad... superficial.

Would you like you if you met you? :O
