朋友出去走走 - a Chinese oldie covered by 2moro. This song reminds me of so many things. It's frequently played on Love 97.2FM during the morning programme. The sounds of the harmonica make me smile. :)

Currently, I'm leading my life at a rather slow pace, despite the fact that an important exam is just around the corner. And contrary to what most students these days might think, I prefer the Intensive Mother Tongue lessons to the usual classes. Also, I don't think Ms Jamie Tan is such a horrible teacher after all. In fact, she's a rather engaging one. Ms Chen Weijun ain't as inexperienced as I thought she would be, too. Fancy a Chinese teacher using a little bit of English to aid in her teaching, hahah. She definitely has a knack for trying to make lessons interesting, just like Ms Pua. Used colour cards to play 综合填空 games during her lesson today. Sounds rather pathetic but it wasn't a waste of time. :)

On to another important upcoming event - hosting the CEO of an important and well-known TNC. He's coming over tomorrow to open my school's computer lab, and right after that he'd be making his way to the Istana to meet the Prime Minister. In between, there would be a press conference held in my school, and there will definitely be reporters from the media and the press. I'll most probably end up in the papers and on TV, just like how I usually do now whenever the 10pm news on Channel 8 mentions education. They keep using the same snippet from the video taken of my class. :S

Tomorrow's gonna be a long day!

music, school, events, thoughts
