If the Federal Government can't get their shit together by Wednesday, I'm not going to get any more Unemployment benefits, right?

But even if they can't pay me, I still have to pay my landlord, right?

If you are getting regular unemp benefits, likely no effect, as they are state-funded.
If you are getting "extended" benefits (ie beyond the 26 weeks that used to be standard) that is fed-subsidized and would likely be suspended if the ceiling should fail to be fixed by Tuesday.
