Amy and I might throw a curveball into the traditional Jewish Christmas by having Indian food instead of Chinese, if we can find one open.

That's also the Christmas time for the Atheists.. however I think we are going to celebrate by going to a geunine REAL dinner with Believers... ;>P

I myself, being Pagan.. already celebrated on Sat! :>P

That's awesome. I still send out the scant few presents, but otherwise we don't celebrate it more than just "woohoo, vacation." It also helps that both the bf and I have avoided our families and chosen instead to hang out with friends we only see in the winter ... who are also avoiding their families. We usually do potlucks together and just make a nice dinner out of it (or go to a steak house), but by the actions of the day, it's pretty interchangable with thanksgiving, lol.
