I'm not sure I'm really ready to write about last night -- there was some good, there was some very, very bad and mostly, it just reminded me of high school -- but there is one thing that I really need to mention:
In about two hours, it will be exactly one year since I've smoked a (tobacco) cigarette. I have never made it this far, not since I started smoking (back in 1986 -- you do the math). Then again, at midnight last night I was at Gooski's, so that's almost the same thing as smoking (since Gooski's is quite possibly the smokiest bar in Pittsburgh). At any rate:
