Another night at Verizon
Well this is the second night out of four nights and one day shift. Last night there was nothing but complants and it seems like thats all that is going to happen tonight. I just had a lady come in...wait wait wait back up. I was dealing with Samarri's boyfriend's dad's billing discount. Our fax machine is broken so I have to go to PetSence next door to use thiers. Well I walked out the door and walking down the path when a lady said "Hey, excuse me miss." OF course she was talking to me because I was the only one there. Well I turn around and smile. She comes over to me holding a red clear evelope of bills. She pops it open and pulls out a receipt. It has David's name on it. She starts talking about how she was in here the other day and i was here. She was paying her daughter's prepaid cell phone bill and thought it would be okay to pay for hers. Well she has a $44.99 prepaid 450minute plan. Her phone was off and the plan was suppost to start on the 6th. Well she paid it on the 4th. SHE WENT FOUR DAYS AND USED $45 ALREADY! So she was upset that her phone was off and that she was told that something wrong. Well David had told her that she can put the money on the account. Which is true. Well She didn't know not to use the phone once it was turned back on because it would eat up her minutes. She didn't know that her minutes wouldn't start until the 6th. So she was going to town on the money just eatting it up. OMG! So she wanted David to pay $45 on her account so she can talk. LADY! WE ARE NOT GOING TO GIVE YOU MONEY THAT YOU HAVE ALREADY USED UP! Blah blah blah!!!!!
