mammoth photo fest update ONE : the eighteen year old one
let's start with the oldest stuff and work our way to the present, savvy?
my birthday party on the thirteenth of june at the hot house. to be totally honest i don't remember that much. apart from it was really fun and i'm so happy that people enjoyed themselves. it's great how many people buy you drinks on your birthday haha. and it was possibly the only time avenged sevenfold and my chemical romance will be played at the hot house, i feel i've done my duty. all the people who were working at the hot house were really helpful and lovely. and antonio very kindly stayed sober so he could look after me and drive us all home. i guess i shouldn't have been so paranoid that people wouldn't turn up cuz it was packed which was nice. thankyou again to everyone who came. and thanks for the awesome presents. courtesy of emma, i now have sea monkeys, w00t! they're so cool <3.

on my actual birthday, well i mean after i woke up from the night of drunken debauchery and merriment, i spent the day hanging out with antonio, john and anna (two of his friends from uni, and we solved the problem of hangovers with more alcohol, mashed potato, and lying in the sun listening to lamb, faithless, portishead, sage francis and massive attack. it was good. then i went to the bay with paschal, nathan, adrian, rachel, carl and chester for a few drinks.

stargazer lilies from lauren and jay. i couldn't believe that she remembered that they are my favourite from like years ago.

doree gave me this....which i am currently eating ahem. a really really cool selection of tequila chocolates, and her mum gave me the best present....a little box, with salt, lemon and a fiver for some tequila shots! how amazingly cool is that?! and so practical and clever. it definitely went to good use!
from katie and emily i got an assortment of awesome smoking paraphenalia, including, an ashtray shaped like lungs, a pack of multicoloured matches, a really cool cigarette tin (filled with marlboro reds <3) and stickers for fag packets.

this super lantern from frances. i love it so. totally reminds me of beautiful days <3
i also got a bottle of chardonnay from jessie, ben kweller's new album from gina (so sorry that i already had it dude, least you can take it back though yeah?), star of the sea by joseph o'connor from juliet, which i really wanted to read and will as soon as exams get out of my face, my ticket to see circle takes the square and the murder of rosa luxemburg from kerry, a really cool new flared flesh tunnel from sophie (it has a lightning bolt on it!), the new my chemical romance album from klara and ross <3 a third-hand canon eos 650 camera from my brother and a laptop from my parents (my dad even remembered to call on my birthday, omg shock!)but i havent got it yet. also, i have rachel pestering me to know what i want from her, got lots of drinks from lots of people and i think that's everything but i might've forgotten stuff.
