Up at Highland Coffee
I've pretty much taken over the patio area up here and turned it into my own personal office. Just working on poetry and other projects...day-dreaming...thinking of all the possible what-ifs of my life -- both past & future.
I'm considering growing the goatee back out, but still not for certain yet. I'm not personally crazy about the huge amounts of gray that I have, and it can also be pricey to keep dyeing it every couple of weeks.
In truth it's hard to find words to write in here...haven't had the enthusiasm the last week to write in either of my journals. I kind of knew how this week was going to go from the off...it didn't start off well and the effect had been snowballing since. I am thinking if I ever win the Powerball then I will indeed be out of town to start over again...I've just done all that I can do here.
One thing I do know for sure is that I'm getting full swing back into my martial studies...it's the only thing left that I can go full bore into. I will be studying to kill...only the deadliest forms because I've lost the patience to live by peaceful means. Eskrima, Silat, Wing Chun, Savat, BJJ (focusing on chokes and breaks), and all weapons forms. I'm already looking for studios and teachers in the state and will sink a considerable amount of money into constant study and practice. I'm going to push my body harder than I've ever pushed it before, and I will either break down or become a complete beast.
