Happy things
Following in Dani's example, here is some happy stuff:
My cousin got married last Saturday and was an absolutely radiant bride.
Stef and Jacob, Eric's cousin and his wife, had a baby boy last Sunday. His name is Luca and he weighs 6 lbs 7 oz (he was a little early but was perfectly healthy).
Visited Andre and Stefanie in N.Bay on Tuesday. Steffy's little belly is getting bigger and she is just glowing. The two of them asked me to be there when she delivers and, if all goes well, catch the baby! I am unbelievably honored by this.
Also found out that one of the guys who goes to my gym, Lee (and his wife Natalie) are expecting a little boy in December. Please give them good thoughts and white light; he shared with me that they have had some losses before and so he is being cautiously optimistic. But he is also happy because she is halfway there now.
New cloth diapers came in the mail! That and some cloth pads for me. Reducing my carbon footprint is fun !

PS - Jiu jitsu is full of dirty innuendos. Prior to practicing a side control drill, I yelled across a packed classroom "Hey Tamara, do you want me to go down on you first?"
...yeah.
