Ok so I haven't written in a while but not too much is new besides the fact that i am totally overwhelmed and confused and unsettled over the fact that i really can't decide where i want to go to college next year!!! (and it doesn't help that I won't hear back from some of them until like...April)
I just can't figure out where I really want to be next year...
New York is a huge city and I know I want to live there at some point in my life but i think it might be a bit overwhelming and it would be a totally different experience to go out there when im older and already out of college and look for some professional job. I'm just not sure if I'd get the actual college experience in such a huge, impersonal place...
California is california and I'm just not sure if it's the atmosphere I want to be in. People can be (CAN be) so superficial there. Some of my friends would be close if I went there but....grr idk...
Washington is amazing and I already know I love it there but I can't decide if I'd really be taking a step forward or a step back if I went back there. Granted UW is huge so I'd definitely meet a ton of new people but it would still be familiar and I just can't decide if I want whats familiar or if I want to throw myself out in to something completely new (scary...but fun to explore) =)
BLAH!! These are the top places that I'm having major debate over....and it sucks. Any advice or comments on this dilema would be greatly appreciated.
Anyways, I worked again tonight and let me just say that 5 hours of constantly being on your feet and digging your hands in other peoples already eaten food (especially with lots of BBQ sauce) gets REALLY disgusting. Luckily I absolutely LOVE the people I work with so it makes the time pass and it makes work fun (although it doesn't stop my feet from hurting)
Well i guess thats a substantial update...
I hope that all is well with all of you =)
I'm off to watch a movie...
