The Havoc
So tonight, went to the havoc. Shitty turn out. Saw Carri, Haley, The Long Hairs, Chad and Dega, and a couple others. Saw crusty, aint seen him since ivey's. Havoc were pretty good, but good ole bud fucked up sound like always, couldnt hear their vocals. Danced a little, mostly just watched, im getting old and was a little tired. Got in free, and ended up talking with the band after the show. They remembered me from the show KR put on for them at Ivey's last summer. I got my shirt ripped off at that show and spanged to get one of theirs. Tonight they gave me another one, it was kool. Its white with uncle sam doing the whole "i want you" thing, and says Uncle scam, kinda kool, i need more white shirts. Only one I had was a cockney rejects shirt that said "I love S.E.X. B.O.B." Havent seen it since i wore it to the fair last august. Kinda sucks. but yeah, was an alright show, shitty turnout. Saw Dega, was kinda weird, but we didnt really get all "grrr" with each other, talked in a group and everyone got along like old times, so that was kool but weird. Maybe things will patch up with everyone in our crew and we can just fuckin run deep like we used to. United we survive. Me and my stupid unity and brotherhood rants. I guess im a hippy :-p Anyway, i wear that 77 on my vest and permanently branded on my thumbs to remind me all the crap people have bled and died for, and the ethics involved. I still hold em dear and true.
SO YEAH, MORE NEWS!! WE GOT A HOUSE!!! Got it today, moving in tomorow. Spent all day cleaning it. A decently sized 3 bedroom fixer upper. I love it, its a total punk house. Got woken up by a cop coming in my room this morning, they were looking for casey, a local kid who lives in our complex, he'd been running from the cops and came and hung out here trying to hide i suppose, and someone spotted him coming to our house, so they busted him here, IN MY ROOM! while i was in bed just about naked. So yeah, we got an eviction notice for that, which is total bullshit, not like we knew! Harboring a minor fugitive, or something. Lol, so yeah got into a house in like 4 hours. Thank god I had a little money set aside, Had $250 in the bank and borrowed $100, and gave a nice old lady $350 and moved into the house! Its not even a mile from our old house, so thats even cooler, but tons more room, I think my room is even bigger. IMma paint that son of a bitch, gonna do blue and green. Its gonna rock, and we can do ANY repair or alternations too, owner doesnt care. Gonna have BBQ sunday for easter and hide eggs in the backyard for the kids and all taht jazz. Im really happy in life right now, and hopefully everyone else can be too.
