I'm making coffee cake with a raspberry filling, so I basically made a very sweet raspberry jam in a saucepan to go between layers of dough. I then had the sweet stuff left over in the pot... so I thought toast! Unfortunately, the bread had started to grow mold. Boo. But then I remembered, I have blueberry bagels in my backpack which I liberated from the dining hall! Huzzah!
I got up at 6 am to bake, but I overestimated the time it would take and still be warm for my 10 am class. So now I'm killing time until I have to actually preheat the oven. I'm cleaning my coffee pot. I took out the trash. I'm washing the dishes I baked with. I should be studying. But I'm not. I'm being productive, and procrastinating!
My mother is going to pick me up at 3 on Saturday so I can go to Livermore for Adam's party. She's also bringing me a dresser so I can stop living off my floor/out of a large suitcase. Since I switched rooms, I don't have a dresser, and I haven't bothered to hang everything up in my closet. Doo dee doo... lazy. I'm excited to see Livermorons though.
