So USF didn't win DTJ this year. We didn't even place. But honestly, apart from the bullshit that certain FSAs gave us it doesn't matter a bit. In the 6-8 weeks we practiced, at first 3 nights a week from 9-12 then 7 nights a week from 8-12, I gained not just friends but a FAMILY. What's the difference you ask? When you start having people spending the night at your place every night, kidnapping them to go to Walmart, going out to eat meals together and buying food for someone elses house because you spend more time there than at the place you pay bills, you're FAMILY. When we first started DTJ I couldn't imagine it to be as much fun as it was. ASSHOLE-BEES! ME-CHANG! THOMAS'S MOM! I'm so glad I got to spend time this semester getting to know all of you and creating the memories we did. I can't wait for Phil-Fest and next years DTJ. And I don't need a trophy to know we kicked ass, to remember how great you all are and how fun our time together was. All I have to do is go home to find ya'll in my living room. :) Make sure to stay in contact, and I'll see you at the meetings.

Sincerely,
Romel
