it's monday morning (in case you had no clue cause you were out partying all night) and it's 9:28 am according to my computer. why do i tell you this you ask? well because i should be in class right now. yes it's true my spanish class has been cancelled yet again. we are getting a little worried now...what is she sick from? is she ok? should we be worried that this is a soon to be widespread epidemic? will we ever have class? do we really want to have class? these are but a few of the questions running through our heads. well on the bright side of this it gives me time to update which i have been neglecting badly and for that i apologize from the bottom of my heart.
saturday night~ i went to the copeland show here in nashvegas. i must say that i truly enjoyed myself. those boys are talented and it was really awesome to see that the song that is my least favorite on the cd is my favorite song performed live....weird....but it was truly amazing. even sweating in the unbearable heat and inhaling all the cigarette smoke wasn't too bad. i guess it all goes with that small club venue thing.
sunday sunday sunday!! ~ this is by far the best day i have had so far. i woke up, went to church. wooo!! i like my church and i love Jesus so it's cool. then at 3 pm was the ever so fun (and i am being serious) Commons Olympics which my time lost. sorry Smaland that i was a failure. yes my country was Smaland. somehow Canada beat us out of second in the final event the egg toss and Kashmir just wiped us out in scrabble, Tanzania they were great consistant all the way through. but they only made bronze. but hey we did good. in fact we did fantastic!! GO SMALAND!!
later that night brought the best thing ever...well not really the best thing ever.....the Bleach final show ever....very sad that they are gone now. i love those boys!! i bought the dvd and a poster at the end of the show ...i sweated alot dance even more than i sweated (which is a lot) definitely got thrown in the pit which was fricken amazing and i definitely got kicked in the face but you know what it was all worth it!!! I LOVE BLEACH!! and yes i will admit it the drummer (Jared) holds a small place in my heart. haha i am dork!! so Holland was the first band that opened and they were great as ever except i think they were the lonely hearts last night i don't know i was confused they are like schizo now...supertones were after them and they were great and i was kind of surprised. i mean with an almost entirely new band line up i was wondering if they would still be amazing and they were. the new songs were great with the new band. seven day jesus performed after them in their reunion show. they weren't bad but i never got into them. i think and everyone concurred the drummer of SDJ looks like eric matthews form boy meets world ...it was beautiful.....and then relient k went on and they were amazing as ever i mean outstanding.!! all the little junior high and high school girls were having heart attacks and pissing their pants over them but ti was fun to watch and then run into them hahaha then bleach went on and words can't express how truly truly amazing they were. they did a great mix of old and new songs, and they had so much energy they are the most genuine and real band i have ever had the pleasure of saying i was a fan of. they have heart and they truly have passion and i'm real sad to see them leave. they live in nashville though so i'm hoping i'll see them around haha!! i heart bleach!!
well i'm completely sore today from the olympics and being a complete idiot at the concert last night....so i think i shall rest again remember to support bands, they really need it and truly appreciate it and most of the time they do this for you!! and it's not to late to start listening to Bleach...i highly reccommend it!! hahaha!!
"i will sing at the top of my lungs, i will dance even if i'm the only one, and i hope that we'll never be apart, and i will sing and i hope it heals my heart yeah i hope it heals my heart. ...i'd rather be knocked down than to be knock out..."
