I always try to give up something for Lent even if I'm not religious. I'm still spiritual and I always think spiritual growth is a good thing. So here's what I'm going to give up: My unhealthy life style. That means actually getting off my ass and excercising, tyring to have a normal sleep pattern (she says at 2 AM), eating three rounded meals a day. It's gonna be bloody difficult, but I'm going to try.

And I know I'm late in starting this, but better late than never right? :)

I'm a terrible terrible person! I didn't even know that it was Ash Wednesday last wednesday! *sniffles*

Alright - what I'm giving up

- wasting my talents, I WILL draw everyday
- destroying my body, I WILL start to excersise (remember, i've got to loose 30 pounds)
- wasting opportunities, I WILL start going to class
- wasting life, I WILL stop being jealous, I will go outside every day, I will open my door and windows (dispite whoever may be smoking pot or having sex) and I will CLEAN OMG!!! It's NOT healthy to live here - GROSS
- Sleep - not sure if that's sommat I can change, damn insomnia, but I can sure as hell all try

You're still trying to loose weight? Whatever happened to losing it? (I am determined to get you to spell that word right, it'll make you look better Ms. Writer. :))

Sounds like you, Ivy and I have a similar idea: getting off our asses and reaching potential for once.
