I just finished reading Watchmen for the first time yesterday. I went back and read the first chapter again and I was amazed at how much comes out the second time, things that were obviously meant to be missed the first time. I've heard mixed reviews on the movie. Claire and I were supposed to go see it tonight but I don't think that's going to work out. Oh well.
My clothes are starting to get a bit sad. I haven't bought anything new for nearly a year now and since none of my gifts this year ended up being clothes I'm pretty much stranded wearing carpenter jeans and white shirts after everything else wore out. Since we're not too sweet on money and my career as a forest ranger hasn't paid off yet, I may just have to deal with it.
