there is no way to explain everything that has happened
with complete honesty.
it will always be slightly different.

and i hate identifying with her pain
and i wish she could know what i know
but life never quite works that easily and fairly
and she will see just as i did
but in a different way

i never thought i'd say this
but i cant wait to go back to fort collins
far away from all this dishonesty and hateful nostalgia
and really take advantage of this oppertunity
