End of Week 7

Since I've started, I've gone from having headaches at least 3 times a week from being chronically dehydrated to being hydrated (sometimes bordering on being OVERhydrated). I'm working out 3-5 times a week, either at a gym or on my own, and I'm getting muscle definition back in my torso that I lost my first or second year of college. I'm back into running again, though I fell off the wagon a little starting labor day weekend (getting back on starting Friday).

I've made MAJOR changes to by diet. Completely cut out drinking sugary such, eating MUCH healthier, got my meals planned out and calorie counted, and I'm eating breakfast regularly for the first time in... who knows when. I've been under my calorie intake goals 6 days a week on average (...minus labor day weekend, unfortunately). Officially down 1.6% body fat and down a little weight too, despite the muscle gains and water weight.

Best part (and my biggest goal with this) is that I feel amazing and more like my old self again. More energy, more positivity, more social... much happier. Lots of thank yous to my team pushing, encouraging, and supporting me as I go through this journey (you know who you are). Just getting started, baby.
