Friends Only.
This journal is 'friends only.'
I prefer to keep a (relatively) small friends' list for two reasons:
(a) so I can be a sincere friend & keep up to date with your life,
(b) so I can get to know & trust you, & feel safe having you read the contents of my journal.
Please don't ask to be added unless you have a genuine interest in getting to know me. If I add you, I expect for you to comment occasionally, & update with some degree of regularity. After all, this is my friends' list, & communication is the key to flourishing friendships. I'm coming across as obsessive in this entry only because my journal means a lot to me, & so do the relationships I form.
In the meantime, thanks for stopping by my journal, & if I add you I look forward to becoming good friends.
