Today, I got my results for my semester at the UL (♥♥, how do I miss you, oilscoil), and apparently I didn't do that bad. I got an average score of 3.42 out of 4.oo. Yeah me.
The subject with the worst result is (surprise, surprise) "Irish", but at least I passed ... with a B3 ... which is 2- in our system. Somewhat ridiculous that this is still better than anything I ever got for my Religion term papers.
I got a B2 for "Irish Literary Revival" ... not exactly content with that, but it's okay.
The A2 in "Critical Practice" was kind of anticipated, because my tutor didn't seem very willingly to grant anybody an A1 ... well, I still got one for the "Romanticism" course he taught together with somebody else. It was by far the most difficult (from an academic viewpoint, Irish doesn't count here) and challenging course, for which I worked really, really hard, and I'm extremly surprised and satisfied that I did so well there.
And last but not least, "English as a Foreign Language", and my not-so-much-love, but-kinda-hate-relationship with my tutor which couldn't prevent me from getting an A1 here as well. Ha, take that, Fiona!
