i still miss my brother!
well, there hasn't been any changes in my brother's status. he is still in jail, and i guess he will be until tomorrow. the judge and the O.R. (own recognisance) said he should be released, but the D.A. wants to hold him until Thursday. i REALLY hope he gets released, i really really do. he isn't a bad kid and doesn't deserve to be in jail!
well eric and i are supposed to go out for Valentine's day. i guess we are going out to dinner and he is getting me some stuff, then the next day we are going to the fair. i LOVE going to the fair! he told me he wants to get another cell phone, and i REALLY don't want him to get one. just because of what happened the last time he had a cell phone...he was all sneaky about it and stuff and i just don't want to go through that again, at least not so soon. i don't think he will even be able to get one, though. his credit is horrible. he hasn't paid the car payment in like 3 months, so its way more than 30 days past due, which shows on our credit. then he had the cingular phones and that bill was over $1000 and he never paid it, then he got t-mobile and that bill was like $500 and he hasn't paid that either! he just isn't good with cell phone bills. even when we first met he had a cell phone and he never paid that bill (but it was in his friends name, which sucks for the friend). i really don't think he even needs one. our house phone is on now, so his friends can call to the house for him. he is never out, and his friends barely call him anyway, so i don't see why he needs one. he just wants one cuz everyone else has one, pretty much. whatever. if i tell him i don't want him to get one, he will just say "oh what happened before isn't going to happen again" and he will get one anyway...so whatever.
