30 Day Lolita Challenge - Day Twelve
Urg, just got home from being out, so this is a little later than it should be. Apologies!
Day 12 - A picture of yourself before lolita came into your life.
I actually found this rather hard to do as I only have digital pictures of me here. At that point pictures were generally taken only at parties (costume) and not really of just normal, everyday events. By the time I managed to source one or two that did, I'd have to say that lolita was at least influencing my style (in a very 'no one else can see it, are you even sure it is?' kind've way).
In any case, here's a photo from 2008 that was taken while in Japan. It was on this trip that I purchased my first ever lolita outfit, but I hadn't started wearing it. So it just scrapes in, yes?
But if we're shifting back further..
It's not that I disliked skirts back then, but that I adored the flared jeans look.
I was so damn cool. Pft.
