Sunday Doings
Spotlight can be such a yay place to go. Toddled on in there today and got the pattern I need to start on Robins dress, a new doona cover and a vase. Had only intended to get the pattern, but... I've been looking for a new doona cover to replace the pink butterfly thing that I bought quickly when I got my new bed and when I finally spotted one that I liked that wasn't full of beading or sparkles or what I consider to be vomit worthy colours after three years of (sporadic) looking? Yeah, tis mine thanks. The vase was a surprise find for $4 and since I have nothing to put flower in... yet again, tis mine. :D
Caught up on reading One Piece as well and hey, another timeskip! What's with that lately? It looks like the three main shounen heavy hitters have all incorporated timeskips in recently. Naruto was the first one by a long shot, then I read somewhere that it had happened in Bleach (haven't really confirmed that since I haven't followed Bleach in a long time) and now One Piece.
Zoro is as sexy as always, Chopper as cute, but Sanji? I finally figured out what was throwing me off about him. He's always had one of his eyes covered by his hair and it's been left to the fans to wonder why. After the timeskip his hair now covers the other eye and his eyebrow is... his eyebrow is...!! His eyebrow is curling in the other direction?
It's so simple, yet it throws me every time. Just... O.o!!!
