I hate you people with snow days.

WPI hasn't cancelled a full day of school since the Blizzard of '78, and has only had a half day cancelled once since then.

I have to trek to class in the snow, because I hate you all.

damn emerson and damn berklee. they're right up the fucking street from me and they had a snow day.

I try making myself feel better when I hear these things by looking at the ranking of those schools. WPI and BU are 55 and 56 respectively, whereas Berklee School of Music and Emerson aren't in the top 130. Of course, this just make me feel better. You could also look at the fact that for the most part, BU and WPI aren't really commuter schools.

Hey Ryan, I'm sorry you didn't have a snow day... and the reason Berklee is not ranked on the same list as WPI and BU is because it is specialty college and not a national university. You're probably right about them closing because of the commuters.

That is true about Berklee. It's like comparing apples and oranges, except the apples are good at music and the oranges are all nerds.
