Well, Vacation is Over
We got Friday off (I know I am confused as to why myself), which we probably all needed in the Statehouse because the final deadline for Second Reading is Wednesday, and then we start what's officially known as Conference Committee time: but unofficially known as when they throws the procedural rules out and basically do whatever they feel like.
Okay, maybe not exactly like that but close!
My goal this week is to finally just get a handle on the scheduling system. If you know me, you know my obsessive nature and honestly I've been all "twitchy" (my word) because so far I haven't figured out just how to make this run smoothly. In all seriousness, we all just hit the ground running on January 11th and there wasn't that time to figure out processes. It was get it done however you can and it doesn't help that the scheduler before me left nothing. Mark my words, when I leave this job I'm going to have all sorts of information for my replacement...including my e-mail and cell number for help!!!
Oh yeah, also like three weeks till the Mini.
