Taxes Away!
The paperwork has been compiled and dropped off at the accountant's office, so now we just have to wait tunil they churn through it and come up with some numbers. I'm never COMPLETELY comfortable with the IRS and their meanderings, but we were good about making sure everything that was Caesar's was rendered unto him, plus we just bought a house so I think we get some credits for that. Barring a real disaster or a serious screwup on my part (and let's be honest, I can screw up seriously when I put my mind to it), I think we may be getting a little sumpin-sumpin back.
In any case, it's off my plate, and I'm feeling perky and the weather is nice so I think I'm going to give the downstairs a good swamping out, get some laundry going, then spend the rest of the day writing unless I can lure the Bodacious Brit out to a movie. So what are you peeps up to on this fine April afternoon?
