"a huevo" does mean egg. but it is also a slang term in mexican accented spanish which symbolizes "i have balls and americans don't". in slang, im mexico, eggs= balls.
you know how people flick people off. to them, thats "gringo", so they do a palm motion instead, because the dick is the middle finger, but there isn't any balls. and the palm symbolizes the balls. it used to be "A HUEVOS!" with two palms but turned to "A HUEVO" in the past year because everyone understood.
