yearly update:
life is wonderful
life is sweet
work is great
school is great
business is great
nick is extra great
my car is great (and I will retrieve it from storage soon)
things learned in the previous year:
1. if someone tells you there's a red flag waving right in front of your eyes, listen!
2. have kids! definitely have kids at some point.
3. vegetarians are not evil and being one is quite pleasant
4. I am not a bad person. If you want to meet a bad person, I can give you their phone number.
5. there is such a thing as 'good riddance'
