Also, I want to reread The God of Small Things, as I've been seeing it on the shelves a lot. My copy was given to me by Ah Ku as a 12th birthday present.. Beautiful lyrical writing that paints pictures. Pictures as if drawn by a child, or recalled from childhood memories. I'll probably be much more critical of it if I had it on hand now, because I haven't read it in years.
