First of all Happy 4th of July!
My niece's 6th birthday was today and I'm so fucking happy that its over with. There was so much drama surrounding this party. She's only 6 and she had ponies, a bouncy house, raspa machine, and a pinata. Craziness. My sister practically invited everyone that her daughter ever came in contact with so there was at least 20 heathen children of various ages running around like demon spawn.
NEVER. HAVING. CHILDREN.
And to top off the happy day I had 3 folding charis fall down on my foot. At the same time. Spent the rest of the day hobbling around the party and helping out while my foot slowly started to swell and turn colors. Joy. So now I find myself with an ice pack ace-bandaged to my foot and propped on pillows. Its really rather pathetic.
Anyone else have a good holiday?
