So, it's raining quite a bit outside at the moment. It's soothing and tiring at the same time. The latter is not so good for the work environment. Wow been frick'n 10 forever's since my last glorious debut in the land of livejournal. As of right now I'm rebuilding a computer for the millionth time. I swear it seems like I do this procedure of 5 times a day. At least I haven't started doing it in my sleep.

Only two more months until the big day. The big day being me forever trapped in the iron grip of marriage with no escape. It's not so bad. I'm ready for it to be here and over with. She made our engagement period way way to long. I asked her to marry me back in June of 2008. It's been over a year this crap should have been finished and gone by now. However, I wanted to set the date for April but I had forgotten that the wedding wasn't about me it was about her. So, my illusion of having a say in what went on was just that an illusion. -_-" So, September 19th, 2009 come if you like. Bring a gift if you come, and by gift I mean money.

In the gaming world not much has been going on. Had a little bit of burn out on FFXI due to not having time to play and then when I had time to play no one else was on. Frustration ensued and now I've been reading a lot. Which is probably better for my brain anyway. But over the weekend I rediscovered my love of Civilization 4. So, I've been playing that and trying to move up to the warlord difficulty. I'm having trouble seems like I've never paid much attention to the difficulties since civ 2... And they are hard. So, I slunk back to easy and realize that cheftain is tough too. What have they done in civ 4? They made it more indepth. There are a lot more things you have to watch out for and be aware off. Since they have added religions that makes it even tougher. Still tons of fun.

Watched Transformers 2 last week. Great movie as was expected. Then its awesomeness was over shadowed by The Half Blood Prince. Great movie bit of a let down in the action area and leaving awesome stuff out that was in the book. But that was expected. Now I'm ready to seen District 9 which comes out next month. Seems like it will be pretty awesome.

Recent Netflix:
JCVD: Starring non other than Jean-Claude Van Damme. Great movie. Sort of a mockumentary but not really.

City of Ember: The big names in the this film were Bill Murray and Tim Robbins. Good movie based off a children's novel about this underground city.
