Im Touching Myself In Rude Places
Today I downloaded some new music, and some that I had loved, but never knew who or what it was... That one was Cornflake Girl by Tori Amos. I loved that song, and recognised it when I heard it, but never knew who it was.
Also, downloaded Haunted by Poe. My first ever song I've heard (to my knowledge anyway) from Poe. I liked it too. But I had always pictured her with short black hair, and not long blonde hair. Also, kept laughing at the stupid Poe joke in Panic Room. This basic idea of that conversation was as follows:
Jodie Foster: This room gives me the chills (in relation to the Panic Room)
Land Agent: Why's that?
Jodie Foster: Did you ever read any Poe?
Land Agent: No, but I loved her last album
Hahahaha.. So dumb yet so funny. The innocence of it all...
Also downloaded Last Kiss by Pearl Jam. Love that song. So sad..
Currently getting Professional Widow from Tori Amos, and just finished getting Winter by Tori Amos. I really like her now, and Mum does too...Also in queue to get Homophobia by Chumbawamba after reading the lyrics in Tim's journal. Sounds really sad.
Got into the whole 'writing' mood last night. It felt good and I am in it again. But its so hard to do that now with the computer being inside, and my parents all around. But I cannot possibly spend all day out in my room, in the blistering heat. Its just so unbearable.
