I choosed 2people2 prompt: Before Sam leaves for Stanford or right after, Dean comes out to John. John doesn't accept that his eldest Son is gay and kicks him out of the motel room where they are staying. A couple of years later, John and Dean cross paths again, but this time Dean is heavily pregnant. I just want a lot of Dean holding his stomach protectively and John feeling guilty for being an asshole to Dean when he needed him the most.
