It took me FOREVER to track this prompt back down once I decided to do it. I hope you like it. As usual it may not be EXACTLY what you want but hopefully meets some of the criteria. This was a hard one to do so I only included Sam's arms.

Love this! Dean just looks so miserable and so resigned to the fact that he needs some help. Poor baby! Wanna wrap him up in a towel and put him to bed with lots of ice packs! Great job! Makes you wanna give him a hug.

It amuses me that everyone is using the word resigned. I never thought of that, I just thought tired, but resigned is good!

Unf, I love the caps you chose - the closed eyes, the expression on his face as well as the positioning of the hands. He looks so resigned and sad and lovely. And of course I love Sam's giant hand on his head also!
