Rec Search:
Original character and/or outsider POV recs?

The 411 on Rec Searches:

For fun, a mod will occasionally put together one of these rec searches. (You can still make your own rec post at any time, fyi.) Rec search info and a rec search masterlist can be found HERE, and you can leave any suggestions for types of rec searches you would like to see there.

Thanks to dreamer_613 and vie_dangerouse for suggesting the topic for this latest rec search. That topic being OCs (e.g., Original characters) and/or outsider POVs (e.g, Stories told from an outsider's point of view. So, not necessarily an OC, but not one of the main characters, either.) Recced fanworks should also include some amount of Dean-centric h/c, of course!

So, if you'd like to contribute, please comment to this post with your fave fanworks involving just that. And after I have enough recs or after a couple of weeks have gone by, whichever comes first, I’ll make a master post of them for everyone's perusal.

You can use the comment form below, or not, but please do leave a link to each fanwork and a few words about why you liked it. Thanks, guys! ;)

  • The comment-form looks like this:
  • Title:
    Author/artist:
    Possible tags: What type of Dean-focused hurt/comfort the fanwork features, if any, goes here, e.g, fever, PTSD, etc. More examples can be found at our complete tags-list.
    Reccer's comments:

    FAQ:

    --> Anyone can comment here to submit recs. You may do so under your username or anonymously, but please be kind.

    --> All pairings/genres are cool.

    --> We accept recs for fic, art, vids, whatever you can think of.

    --> You may rec as many fanworks as you want, in the same comment or different comments as you discover/think of them.

    --> Don't hesitate to rec something that has already been mentioned in other comments, or previously at the comm - if something is recced multiple times, I’ll make note of that in the masterpost.

    --> Please don't self-rec here.

    --> Mods reserve the right to edit recs - just to add summaries/warnings, or for basic grammar.

    Any other questions? PM me or e-mail me at hoodietime [at] gmail [dot] com.

    Thanks so much, reccers! A giant rec post can be found HERE, due to you guys.
