I thought it might be a nice idea if hoodie_time had our own beta-reader list, so from now on this post will always be open for anyone looking for a beta and/or interested in becoming a beta of Dean-focused hurt/comfort fic. Please scroll down for more info.

Genres/pairings you will beta: 'Sall good.
Genres/pairings you won't beta: I'm not big on the weechester, the sister fic or the deathfic.
Beta strengths/special skills: A degree in English lit and a deep, abiding love of sick Dean.
Length of the fics you'd beta: Up to 1500 words is definitely not a problem. Longer could be OK depending on what else I'm juggling at the time.
Any other info: I can be pretty critical. Constructive and sensitive, but critical. Be warned! Also I'm heading out of town... now... and won't be back until the beginning of October.

Sure! I'm doing NaNo so it's going to be a bit tight between now and the end of November, but if you're OK to wait until after that, I'm all yours. Send them to me at jessiepw@rogers.com whenever you're ready. :)

Long shot, and I wouldn't even ask if it wasn't an emergency, but, uh. *shuffles feet* It's just, your thread here sounds exactly like what I need (as in, someone who's not afraid to kick my ass and be honest, and who has a knowledge about the technical aspects of writing beyound "ohh, I like/don't like this-and-that"). Would you beta a Big Bang, 20k? Technically, it wouldn't need to be the whole thing, the beta I had did leave me with notes for almost half of it, but she got sick.
