The picture came from here: http://photos.ellen.warnerbros.com/galleries/bad_paid_for_tattoos?adid=permalink_popular. Some of them are hilarious; there are some just awful misspellings. Anyway, evidently this particular pic was sent in by Andy himself, as in the Andy whose name is crossed out. It is a permanent tattoo, on his ex-girlfriend's back. I wonder if she hates him even more now that he sent her picture to Ellen? LOL.

Yep, permanent indeed. You'd best be VERY sure before you commit. Not to mention double-checking the spelling! Did you see "You only live ones"? Ones! OMG.
