My brain would break. As far as I know, male Druids can't get pregnant. But let's assume some jerkass like Aenghus Og swapped Atticus's sex back in the late 1800s. Let's say he runs across everyone's favorite Baker Street sleuth. Let's say that Holmes, contrary to his general character, gets involved with Miss O'Sullivan and knocks her up.

Oberon is a wolfhound, and Zoe's married. It's just not meant to be.

Gaspode is a small, smelly mutt, and Methos is Methos. They could have a terrific snark-off, though. I think Methos would appreciate Gaspode as a fellow survivor.

Methos and Charity Carpenter? *laughs hysterically* Yeah, no. Even if Charity were widowed, no. She'd find his lack of faith disturbing. On the other hand, he'd probably find her pretty hot, given his attraction to sword-bearing righteous warriors. He's ask her to work out some dents in his sword, she'd give him the Look that intimidates powerful wizards and the Fist of God, and it just wouldn't go anywhere.

Anya approaches Charity with a business and personal proposition. Charity gives her the aforementioned Look and states that no, she and Michael do not do menages, nor does she do shady business. Anya decides to cut her losses. The end.

They wake up twelve hours later snuggled up in bed together, badly hung-over, and having no idea of what happened last night. Naturally, that's how Molly and Thomas (not to mention Oberon and Mouse) find them. "Hell's bells," mutters Harry. "Gods below!" groans Atticus. They try to think of a way out of the situation that a) won't end in them getting murdered right dead by Murphy and Granuaile, and b) will leave them at least a shred of dignity to divide between themselves. No answers are forthcoming.
