1. I've got to get my demo lesson done in the next two days, and it's giving me heartburn. I really want it to be great, because:

4. CrossFit charged me for an extra month, which reduced my available funds to under $100. I called them in a panic, and it turned out to be a minor mistake in their system. It's been corrected and the charge reversed. So, I've been up and down all day, ending with:
5. Dancing With the Stars--WHO DO I VOTE FOR?!? I like them all, and they all did great jobs tonight. My emotions. MY EMOTIONS!
