Ha! Finished a story! I got a bug for some Donna-Doctor, and this is what came out of it. Un-betaed, so if you spot something terribly wrong, it's fair game

I completely adore you. This fic is so nice, and so positive, and I actually did laugh out loud at the last line about the walk in closet. You brightened up the end of a very long Monday!
Thank you. I was struggling for a way to end this, and I was thinking about ways for the TARDIS to show its appreciation when it occurred to me that every woman wants a walk-in closet. So, insert it at the beginning and bring it back around at the end--simple as pie. I'm glad I brightened your Monday.
*squee* That is an awesome interlude! It so totally should have happened. This is going straight into my memories. *hugs fic tightly* I love the TARDIS's room changing especially after Donna's remark about the rocket. LOL You rock! I can so see Donna doing this. Just what the Doctor needed. Maybe not what the Doctor ordered, but what he needed. ;-)
Thank you! I figured the TARDIS couldn't let that little remark go by without some sort of demonstration of her ire (and it'll be more thoroughly explored in this season's Secret TARDIS Diary) until Donna admitted the TARDIS was better. Donna is what the Doctor needs right now, and I absolutely love her.
hooray! good job. very adorable doctor, of course, but I too have also wondered when exactly they found the time to talk about all of those details that fall by the wayside during episode dialog. I especially liked the kitchen implements; the ancient kettle and the neo frying pan, though you have to wonder what could possibly improve the design of the frying pan over the next hundred years as it's been pretty much ideal for half a millennium. sorry, rambling. Thank you for the well done fic!
I always like the idea of there being so much more than we see onscreen, and I love writing up those little moments. The TARDIS kitchen, I imagine, is exceedingly eclectic and not a little dangerous. And I have no idea what a twenty-second century frying pan is like. Thanks for commenting!
The only things what have really changed about frying pans is the material they're made of. I imagine a 22nd century pan would be made out of ademantium or some such.
