Sort of reminds her of home, but what are the chances? Low. Perhaps it's someone who prefers discretion, like herself. Perhaps it has nothing to do with her.
Perhaps she'll be on her guard just the same.
Karai keeps walking at the same measured pace. It's dark in this section of the village and she keeps away from the scattered street lamps-- but the breeze flicks the tails of a familiar red headband into the light, even so.]

He tenses as she disappears. If he wasn't perceptive, he probably would of been dead long ago. As much as he wants to fight her, it wouldn't do him or his family any good. Family safety came first. Especially in this place where they couldn't just disappear into the sewers.
He's off across the roof and onto the next one. Swift and silent. He'll go in the opposite direction of the house, if he's going to be followed, may as well leading her on a wild goose chase. After checking around, he'll drop down to the ground, and head into the woods.
