well, the last few weeks I have been saving money like crazy... putting off buying as many things as possible. Saving money for a car and to move out.. with my tax return I had enough to buy a crap car...
I went car shopping yesterday, and a car that would have cost me well over $3000 (the best deal that I have found looking over the last two weeks!) including the stupid insurance that I need to drive the damn thing off the lot without a dealers plate...
it sucked... the steering squealed every time I turned the wheel, the brakes were good, but I had to apply a lot of pressure to come to a full stop, and the worst part was the fact that when I stepped on the gas the car jerked its way up to 60/kmp... this car was almost 10 years younger than my last car, and it would have cost almost 10 times MORE than my last car..... and it was a piece of crap in my opinion!
perhaps if I thought I was capable of doing my own car repairs I would not have just given up.. but I have... I am now doomed to take the stupid slow, crappy buss, and ridiculously overpriced taxi’s forever... or at least until I have saved a good $30000 to buy a NEW car... something that I should not have to spend a penny to fix for at least the first 5 years that I own it...
*sighs sadly and curls up under a blanket, doomed to freeze her ass off for the rest of her life... unless she wins the lottery or something*
